Personnel exchanges in media circles on path to pan-European media sphere

In order to promote civil participation in the EU, we should look at how to create a democratic European media sphere. In order for this to occur, we must promote knowledge of the EU among media professionals. To do so, we suggest putting in place Exchange and Training Programmes for Journalists and the media sector in general. These professionals would be invited to spend a term in Brussels, as well as member states, in order to gain knowledge of the EU and other Member States.
